As a yearling, Jester showed in longe line with Rusty Paris. He was shown lightly but placed in the money, beating World Champion "Legal for Sirtain," in the Western Paint World show at Bakersfield.

Jester's sire, Eternal Marauder, is an all-around horse of extraordinary talent. He has ROMs in Halter, Heading, Heeling, and Steer Stopping. He also has points in reining, and has shown in hunter/jumper. Jester's maternal sire, Tio Doc, was a handy cutting horse, winning nearly $30,000 in the National Cutting Horse Association.

Jester is registered with the American Paint Horse Association (APHA), and also with the Pinto Horse Association (PtHA). He is a dark chestnut tovero. His left eye is blue, and his right eye is partial blue.

The first thing you'll notice about Fred is his rare and stunning color: Sable Champagne (champagne dilution on a seal brown base coat). He is Homozygous for both Tobiano and Black pigment - so he will produce no solids, and no chestnut/sorrel or gold champagne foals. He will make black, brown, classic and sable when crossed to black mares; also bay and amber when crossed to non-black, non-dilute mares. Many other possibilities when crossed to dilute mares. 100% spots, 50% champagne coloration.

Fred has recently been started under saddle, and his trainer loves the way he rides. He is very smooth at the trot and canter, and agile as a cat (which is impressive, since his chest is as broad as a barn). He is still growing, approaching his third birthday, and will also begin breeding mares this year. We are excited at the prospect of meeting his first foal crop in 2006!

Fred's grandsire, CR Black Buttons, has sired Superior Western Pleasure, ROM Halter, and numerous futurity money earners. Fred's great grandsire, M K's Black Pepper, was an APHA Champion producer who sired 23 performers, including many show ROM and Halter point earners. Also within Fred's 4-generation pedigree are Skipa Star Jr (Halter National Champion, Superior Halter, ROM Hunter Under Saddle and Western Pleasure), Pepsi Poco (sire of World Champion Reiner Q T Poco Streke), Top Yellow (Superior/ROM Racing, Speed Index of 96, Earnings of $14,661), and Bunyon Bonanza Bar (Reserve World Champion Heading horse).

Fred is registered with the American Paint Horse Association (APHA), Pinto Horse Association (PtHA), and International Champagne Horse Registry (ICHR). Photos on his page were taken in 2004, new photos coming soon...

I first saw Creme Carmel as a tiny baby, with an already white mane and tail. He was impressive, but not for sale. He came up for sale as a yearling, and looked astonishing! Bright red with a white mane and tail - and rabicano roaning throughout his coat. And a cute little black "Spot" on his nose! I couldn't get him out of my head. Before I arrived back home, I knew I had to buy him.

Creme Carmel is an elegant blend of Polish and Egyptian breeding, having the size and build to both halter and perform.

Creme Carmel's sire, AA Kash, has frequently been shown in English Pleasure. As a testament to the longevity and soundness of this family, Kash returned to the show ring in Western Pleasure in the summer of 2000 at the age of 13. Never too old for new tricks!

And of course, Creme Carmel's paternal grandsire, AAF Kaset, is well known as the US National, Canadian National, and Scottsdale halter champion of 1984.

Creme Carmel's maternal grandsire is Makhsous - Egyptian sire of note, and sire of the 1999 Egyptian Event winner, Prima Bella KA. Prima Bella KA went reserve champion mare, reserve champion senior mare, champion hunter pleasure ATR, champion hunter pleasure junior horse, and reserve hunter pleasure horse.

Creme Carmel is registered with the Arabian Horse Registry of America (AHR), and the Pinto Horse Association (breeding stock).
